Overview

We are seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, skilled in hearing aid technology, and committed to providing outstanding patient care.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct hearing evaluations and assessments in accordance with state regulations
  • Recommend, fit, and dispense appropriate hearing aid devices
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing loss and device use
  • Perform hearing aid adjustments, maintenance, and repairs
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Stay current with industry trends, products, and best practices
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term patient relationships

 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed in New Mexico, or the ability to obtain New Mexico license prior to hire date
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, to include listening, sales and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • The ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Strong compassion, care, and respect for patients
